A clear plan is then developed, typically through a rolling 90-day approach. This keeps the business focused while allowing for regular review and adjustment as things evolve.
Most importantly, the plan is carried through. Progress is tracked, decisions are revisited, and the business continues to move forward with purpose.

Our Experience
Towards Growth is led by Gita and Rohan, both qualified Management Accountants and Fellows of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
Between us, we bring over 40 years of experience each across industries, countries, and business environments, along with more than two decades of business ownership. We have built businesses, navigated growth and pressure, and successfully exited one.
We have also worked closely with hundreds of business owners, not from a distance, but through regular, ongoing conversations
